The binder measures 260 by 60 by 310mm and sits inside a slipcase of 265 by 63 by 317mm, so it stands on a shelf like a proper book rather than slumping like a folder. Inside, the D-ring mechanism takes Hagner pages, the kind made for holding paper money flat and visible without ever handling it directly.

It is the blue that catches him.
